  • Oklahoma State Bank offers an e-mail address to answer any questions or comments you might have about our financial services. As a visitor to our Web site, you can be assured that our site is not designed to collect identifying data about our visitors. When you log on to access your account, we do collect personally identifiable information to enable us to provide you your account information.
