E-Statements Q & A

 

Introducing even more security for your E-Statements!

Now your E-Statement will be delivered to you through a secure, encrypted, and password protected web site.

In addition to enhanced security, you will also have the following added benefits:

* Up to 12 months of E-Statements available online

* Search for a specific transaction by amount, date, or type

* You can obtain your statement with the following steps:

1. You will receive an e-mail from us notifying you

that your statement is ready for you.

2. Visit www.okstatebank.com and log on to online banking.

3. From the View Accounts page click on the checking account for which you wish to see the statement

4. Click on the statements button.

5. Select the statement you wish to view by clicking on the page icon to the right of the statement ending date for a display of the transaction activity only or click on the page icon to display your statement with check images.

6. Save your statement on your computer or print it out for permanent storage.

Questions and Answers

Will I receive my check images with my e- Statement?
Yes

Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?
No. However, you are able to print the e-statement sent to you electronically

When will I receive my e-Statement?
Historically, you have waited for your paper statement to be mailed and waited for mail delivery. e-Statements bypasses all of this. So you will be receiving your statement 1-3 days sooner.

Will my e-Statement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes. Your e-Statement looks exactly like your paper statement.

How do I save my e-Statement for future reference?
You can create a folder on your hard drive and move/copy the PDF file into it.

Will I receive an e-Statement for all of my accounts?
Yes

Will I receive Savings Account, C.D., and Loan information on my statement?
If you previously received information about related accounts on your paper statement, that information will continue to be available on your e-statement.  At this time we are unable to provide separate online statements for Savings, C.D., and Loan accounts.

Is there a charge for e-Statements?
No, e-Statements are free!

Is my statement information secure?
Yes! Your statement is on our secure website and is password protected.

Will I need a password to view my e-Statement?
Yes. You will need to log on to Online Banking to obtain your statement.

Will I be able to print my statement and check images?
Yes. Once you open the statement you will be able to print it just like you print any document on your computer.

How long will it take to set up my e-Statement?
Once you have responded to our set-up verification email you will be set up within one banking day. You will see your first e-Statement the first business day following the day your statement cycled.

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe® Acrobat® ReaderTM is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed on your computer in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement and images.

How can I get Adobe Reader?
The e-mail that contains your electronic statement will have a link to enable you to download the free software at that time, or click here to receive Adobe Reader.
